A graduate of the Patisserie Program at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo and a former intern at Maggie Austin Cake based in Washington, D.C., Venus has worked at various places in the industry since 2011 to accumulate a variety of skills that spans from wedding cakes, sugar flowers, to classic french pastry.

Established in 2016, Venus Kwan Cake specializes in custom cake designs and cake instruction. Past commissions include Cathay Dragon's rebranding campaign “Marriage in the Air” in 2017, as well as collaborations with different creatives from various fields. Through every layer of cake, sugar petal, and sweet bite, Venus hopes to add a little more sweetness and love to your big day.
