ii)   Two-tier Buttercream: Butter Cake / Swiss Meringue Buttercream / Fruit Jam or Lemon Curd/ Filling + Masking/ Stacking / Decoration (HK $5500)

iii)   Introduction to Fondant & Sugar Art: Swiss Meringue Buttercream / Filling + Masking / 1-Tier Real Cake / Fondant Covering / Marbling Technique / Sugar Blossoms (HK $6000)

 


ADVANCED SUGAR ART

8-9 HRS (1 TO 1 ONLY)

i)    Intermediate Fondant & Sugar Art: 3-Tier Faux Cake / Fondant Covering / Gumpaste / Embossing Technique / Sugar Hellebores, Berries, Leaves Highlight (HK $6500)

ii) Advanced Fondant Sugar Art: 3-Tier Faux Cake / Fondant Covering / Gumpaste / White Ruffle Technique / Sugar Orchids (HK $8000)

iii) Advanced Fondant Sugar Art: 3-Tier Faux Cake / Fondant Covering / Gumpaste / Ombre Ruffle Technique / Sugar Parrot Tulips (HK $10,000)

*Faux tiers will be utilized to maximize focus on decoration techniques. Should students wish to to work with real cake in the Advanced Sugar Art lessons, there will be an additional charge of HK $1000. Please note that there may be less time spent on the decoration part of the class and the design of the cake may be slightly modified.
